ब्राम्हण: सम_क् शान्तो दीनानां समुपेक्षक: ।
स्त्रवते ब्रम्ह तस्यापि भिन्नभाण्डात् पयो यथा ॥
In the event that a brahmin with even (same) frame of mind towards all (Samadrsti) does not represent offering alleviation to the frail (and mistreated),it may be considered that, that brahmin has lost his Brahma lusture (energy), just like the milk(or water) streaming (or leaking) out from a pot that is leaking.

समदॄष्टी के अभाव के कारण यदि ब्राम्हण किसी पिडीत व्यक्ति की सहायता नही करता तो उसका ब्रम्हत्व समाप्त हो गया ऐसा समझना चाहिए ।
