Sanctification OF SRI RAMAKRISHNA’S NEW TEMPLE AT BELUR MATH
On Friday, 14 January 1938, Swami Vijnanananda rose promptly in the first part of the day and put on another ochre material. He sat discreetly in his seat, sitting tight for the favorable minute. He said to his chaperon: “When I will introduce the Master in the new sanctuary, I will state to Swamiji: ‘Your sanctified god has now been introduced in the sanctuary you arranged, you said that you would watch from a lofty position. It would be ideal if you see now that the Master is situated in the new sanctuary.'” He said later, “At that point, I strikingly observed Swamiji,

- Mahapurush Maharaj,
- Sarat Maharaj,
- Hari Maharaj,
- Gangadhar Maharaj,
and others remaining in the southwest corner viewing the sanctification service.”
