LUCKNOW: The Ramakrishna Missions Ashram in Ayodhya, formed recently as a subcentre of the Lucknow Sevashram, would be inaugurated on Sunday, said Swami Muktinathananda, secretary of the Ramakrishna Mission Ashram in Lucknow, on Friday.
Swami Suvirananda Maharaj, general secretary of the Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission, Belur Math, Howrah, will inaugurate the Ayodhya ashram,” he said.
The ashram includes a small shrine where photographs of Sri Ramakrishna, Ma Sarada Devi, Swami Vivekananda, Ram Parivar, and Lord Hanuman have been installed.
This is to facilitate local devotees so that they can offer prayers and perform puja,” he said. Besides, there is a charitable dispensary where doc. tors and paramedical staff will provide medical services in both allopathy and homeopathy disciplines every Tuesday.

“The services will include the supply of free medicines in collaboration with the Vivekananda Polyclinic and the Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow,” said Swami Muktinathananda

He said that free medical camps would be organized periodically by super-speed

specialists of different medical streams.

“We hope that with the continued participation of the benevolent, the humanitarian services of this center will extend further, benefiting people in and around Ayodhya— the holy birthplace of Sri Ramachandra,” said Swami Muktinathananda
